By accessing or using the website elitemobileautospa.vip (the "Site") or engaging the services of Elite Mobile Auto Spa ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and our services immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Elite Mobile Auto Spa, a mobile auto detailing business operating in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Elite Mobile Auto Spa provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior hand washing, interior cleaning, wax application, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, leather conditioning, and related automotive care services. All services are performed at a location of the Customer's choosing within our designated service area, which currently encompasses a 40-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia. Service availability is subject to weather conditions, scheduling, and geographic proximity. We reserve the right to decline service requests that are outside our service area, involve vehicles in unsafe or inaccessible conditions, or present circumstances that could compromise the quality or safety of our work.
The specific services, packages, pricing, and descriptions listed on our Site are provided for informational purposes and may be updated periodically. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or package contents at any time. The pricing quoted at the time of booking confirmation will be honored for that specific appointment.
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking form, by phone at 470-508-5612, or by email at elitemobileautospa.ga@gmail.com. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Elite Mobile Auto Spa. Submitting a booking request through our Site does not guarantee an appointment. We will confirm your booking via phone, email, or text message, and the appointment is only confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation.
We require at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. If we must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible and will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no additional charge.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the service location is accessible, safe, and appropriate for the requested services. This includes providing adequate space for our mobile detailing unit, access to a water source (if required for the selected service), and ensuring the vehicle is available at the agreed-upon time. If our technician arrives and the location or vehicle is not accessible, a trip fee may apply.
Service pricing is listed on our Site and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific services requested. We will provide a price estimate before confirming your appointment. The final price will be based on the confirmed scope of work. Any additional services requested on-site will be quoted before being performed and require your approval.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Any promotional pricing or discounts are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for vehicles that are in significantly worse condition than described during booking, are excessively large (such as full-size vans, trucks, or SUVs that exceed standard dimensions), or require substantially more time or materials than anticipated. In such cases, we will communicate the adjusted pricing with you before beginning any work beyond the originally quoted scope.
The Customer acknowledges that certain pre-existing conditions of the vehicle may not be fully correctable through standard detailing services, including but not limited to deep scratches, stone chips, oxidized paint, stained or worn upholstery, faded trim, and damaged or cloudy headlights. While we will make every reasonable effort to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all imperfections, particularly those that may require specialized bodywork, repainting, or upholstery repair services that fall outside the scope of auto detailing.
The Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service appointment. Elite Mobile Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle during service. We recommend removing valuables, electronics, important documents, and any items of sentimental value from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
Elite Mobile Auto Spa carries general liability insurance and will take reasonable care in performing all services. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical issues, or any conditions that are not caused by our services.
Mobile auto detailing services are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions that could compromise the quality of our work or the safety of our team, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of weather-related cancellations and will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time. Weather-related cancellations by us will not be subject to the cancellation fee described in Section 3.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, design elements, and software, is the property of Elite Mobile Auto Spa and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
